On March 20th, the special seminar on high-performance team building and execution force forging of USST-Shanghai Shengta Information Technology Co., Ltd. opened successfully. He Jianjia, the vice-dean of the Business School of USST, Ge Yuhui, the executive deputy director of the Executive Development Programs (EDP) center of USST, and Zhou Jiachi, the general manager of Shanghai Shengta Information Technology Co., Ltd. attended the opening ceremony and gave speeches. The opening ceremony was hosted by Zhang Baoming, the director of the Comprehensive Office of the EDP Center of USST.
Vice-dean He first showed a warm welcome to the arrival of the trainees from Shanghai Shengta Information Technology Co., Ltd., and expressed gratitude to the leaders of Shanghai Shengta Information Technology Co., Ltd. for their trust in the Business School of USST. He then briefly introduced USST, the Business School and the EDP Center. The Business School of USST has been devoted to the cultivation of international senior management talents and manufacturing innovative talents. He hoped that we can aim at “promoting the development of the national economy, improving the level of corporate management, strengthening the linkage between universities and enterprises, and promoting career development”, and then form a new mutual benefit situation based on complementary advantages, resource sharing, and common development. Professor Ge Yuhui, the executive deputy director of the EDP center, introduced the basic situation and ten training characteristics of the EDP center to the trainees. He said that the word “learning” means knowledge and “learning” means skills. He also hoped that all trainees can transform their knowledge into actual work and apply what they have learned, and then finally lead the innovative and vigorous development of the company.
At the end, Zhou Jiachi, the general manager of Shanghai Shengta Information Technology Co., Ltd., expressed her gratitude to the elaborated preparation of the opening ceremony from the EDP center of the Business School of USST. Through this training, she hoped that all trainees can improve work efficiency and team cohesion to form an innovative and efficient work team, and further accelerate the company’s development.
This special training project is mainly divided into two modules: the high-performance team building and the execution force forging. It aims to help trainees master the effective methods of establishing and building high-performance teams, which can effectively improve the efficiency of team work, and enhance the company execution and the whole competitive ability.
