To promote and serve the employment of students, the Business School successfully held the recruitment fair (spring) for graduates of 2021 on April 27 in the student sports center. In this event, a total of 140 enterprises participated, providing students nearly 2000 job positions, with a demand amounting to 3000 and attracting more than 2000 students.
Business School gave much attention to the preparation of this spring recruitment fair. Endeavors involving co-work between departments, actively recommending and contacting enterprises, fully encouraging and mobilizing students, and effectively publicizing recruitment information provide solid organizational guarantee for the success of this job fair. The job fair also set up different specific service areas including resume beautification, interview guidance, career planning, with professional teachers providing professional, high-quality job-searching as well as career planning services. At the same time, to ensure the success of this job fair, the school also organized a volunteer service team, a majority of which are student party members.
This job fair is the second special job fair held by the Business School for the graduates of 2021, and has made a record number of the enterprise participants. More than 200 enterprises have entered for the two job fairs for the graduates of 2021, providing more than 2600 job positions and strongly supporting for students’ employment. In the next stage of work, the Business School will carry out more targeted employment promotion measures taking account of the specific characteristics of students to ensure the high quality of employment.
